1. Who qualifies for the sale?

All Vivo clients are eligible to buy the sale items. We encourage you to sign up for our loyalty program to be the first to receive news of any of our future sales and promotional discounts.

2. Are all items on the website available for the sale?

Not all items are on sale. The sale items can be found on this page.

3. How do I place an order for items on the online store?

Our online shopping experience has been made very easy and customer friendly. Check out the How to order page that outlines the easy to follow steps.

4. The item I want is not available on the online store, can I still get it from the stores at the discounted price?

The flash sale is only applicable to products that have been bought from the online store and therefore those in the physical stores have no discounted prices. We encourage you to place your orders for discounted items through the online stores and feel free to visit any of our stores for other items that you like.

5. I want to return an item I bought from the online store. How do I go about it?

We have a return policy that applies for all items brought from Vivo, which is outlined here.

6. I am not sure which size I wear. Does Vivo have a size chart that can assist me?

7. What if the item I want is unavailable in my size and my preferred colour?

We put in every effort to make sure that we have a wide variety of items in stock in various colours and different sizes. We will notify you via email or text once the specific items you wanted are replenished and inform you of other alternatives. Kindly create a Vivo account here

8. How long will it take for my ordered items to be delivered?

Our free delivery process takes 24 – 48 hours to enable us to process and check the availability of the items ordered. A delivery fee is charged for clients who would like a shorter processing time for their orders.

9. What are the delivery charges?

We offer free delivery and free returns within Nairobi. For deliveries outside Nairobi, Ksh. 300 delivery fee applies.

10. What are Vivo’s online payment options?

We are accept payment via Mpesa (buy goods): 890594, Visa, Pesapal and MasterCard. You can also pay using cash when the item is delivered to you.  Free returns and free delivery (Only in Nairobi).

11. How long is the flash sale running?
